These terms apply to bookings made with Boat Rental Palau for boat rental, dinghy rental and excursions departing from Palau, Sardinia.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once we acknowledge your requested dates and the rental or excursion type. A deposit may be requested to secure your booking. The balance is settled before or at the start of your rental.
Self-drive rentals
Our self-drive dinghies (from 5.70m / 40hp) are within the limits that do not require a boating licence in Italy. A pre-departure briefing is mandatory. You are responsible for operating the boat safely and within the agreed area and conditions.
Weather & safety
Excursions and rentals depend on sea and weather conditions. For everyone's safety, we may reschedule or adjust a trip. In the case of cancellation by us due to weather, we will offer an alternative date or a refund of amounts paid for that trip.
Fuel & extras
Unless stated otherwise, fuel is charged based on use. Any additional services are agreed in advance.
Liability
Guests participate in water activities at their own risk and must follow the skipper's and crew's instructions at all times. Required safety equipment is provided on board.
